I never thought....

i'd be dissapointed about not being able to send my son to the OR. Thursday he was to have his OHS to repair AVSD and PDA. We've been told today that he may not be able to go for 2 reasons.
1- No room at the hospital where the surgery is to take place
2- he developed another fever today.... he's been having fevers for the last week on and off. The blood test and such all come back negative. So the fevers may be a cause of his heart.

I'm as prepared as i can be to send Castian to the OR room, and as much as i fear this day i am dissappointed that it may happen later rather than sooner. Everyday he spends waiting in the ICU is another day he is at risk for exposure to illnesses, During Flu season this is not a good thing. He had a difficult time getting over the Common cold he had when he first was admitted to the hospital.

i never thought i's be upset because i can't send Cas to the OR room!
